# How Aster handles sources for wedding guidance

Aster’s portfolio, films, process, and clearly attributed client stories are first-party. Venue details, policies, availability, and planning requirements can change, so confirm them with the venue or responsible provider before making a decision.

## What belongs to Aster

Our photographs, films, process descriptions, and clearly attributed client words describe Aster’s work. Our Texas city and venue guidance separates practical planning questions from facts that belong to a venue or other provider. A photograph can show our work; it does not by itself prove a venue relationship, current availability, or a local claim.

## How we handle changing details

If a detail depends on a venue, park, city, or other provider, treat it as time-sensitive and verify it at the source. Editorial guidance should not turn a search hypothesis into an unsupported venue, location, pricing, or availability claim.

## External research stays separate

[Base2026 public research dataset](https://base2026.dev/dataset) is an open example of source-linked research architecture. It is maintained separately from Aster inquiries, contracts, pricing, galleries, client data, and editorial workflow. Aster does not present this separate page as a performance claim; the link is provided for readers who want to inspect a methodology example.

## Correction path

If a published planning detail looks outdated, check the named provider first and contact Aster with the page URL so the editorial note can be reviewed.
